Hello there,
In these closing hours of 2012, I sincerely hope that you and your's are well at the end of what has been, in basic consensus, a interesting year; especially so for myself. Still, before going on to discuss these issues, I hope that you all have a very happy and promising new year's celebration when the bells toll tonight on the 31st.
As many will agree, along with myself, the latter months of 2012 have been very much removed from what I wished, and in more ways than one. This year, and the latter half of it, have been taxing and distracting - things that have become a little too familiar on my side and sometimes not always for the better - in the pursuit of certain goals; both here and elsewhere in life. It has not been for want of things to consider, and I can attest that I have been cultivating many ideas and projects which were intended for wider release this year, but which have been frustrated by the bumpy road trod. As the year ends, I would like to break the stillness of the past few months with some news and personal thanks for the community here.
First, my series "Crimson Beyond Glass" - the (mis)adventures of a certain Dr. Henia L. Jekyll and a certain mysterious, formula born alter-ego in Ms. Sienna Hyde - celebrated its fourth anniversary; admittedly a frustrated and very mute occasion for me, but a landmark upon which I would like to thank all those who continue to be intrigued by "Crimson Beyond Glass" and the wider world beyond. To you, I remain very grateful and will always be.
More so, on the note of frustrated but still very active projects, I would like to give a brief preview of a few things to come in the immediate future.
Ending, hopefully, the hiatus of the series "Crimson Beyond Glass" and its current tale in "Umbra Mihi", this new twist in the world of the doctor and her alter-ego will conclude with its third and fourth parts; the mysteries that confront and haunt Henia Jekyll winding in strange directions with perhaps remarkable realizations.
After its debut and remarkable reception, I am happy to say that the tale of a obscure curse, reserved brunette and her big, blonde alter-ego will return. Continuing the odd adventures of "The Nymph's Curse", a new exploit will be seen in a solitary work called "Third Moon Vexed."
The well received fandom work in "Tales of the She-Mask" will also return with new, and continuing, yarns of the Loki relic and those who discover a new, greener side to themselves when meeting with its power. Also, and perhaps even more so, my new direction in the world of "The Mask" will continue with a new tale of Cara Vernon and Vivia the Jade in a three part work of "The Harlequin Index" called "Triptych of Wry".
We will find a new work, also an extension of a certain well known fandom, called "The Chrysanthemum Equation" which will explore identity in perhaps odd, unexpected ways for familiar and not so eyes.
There are also a number of other projects which, come time, will know good expression in concert with other things necessary too.
Concluding my remarks, I would also like to extend a very warm and grateful thanks to two members of the community who, despite my sometimes circumstances, have shown great patience and consideration in some specific matters. The talents and imagination of , with whom I have worked for a common, "special project", and the patience, consideration and permissions of . Both I thank deeply today for their qualities in allowing sometimes difficult things to come to quiet fruition, and they have my best wishes for the year ahead, as do so many others as well.
Finally, I would like to give a warm thanks to all my watchers, old and new, friends, supporters, interested parties and community members who have pushed my page past 118,000 views. I am very grateful and hope that your continuing interest is well met in the year to come.
Please, have a happy new year 2013 and see you soon,

Curiosity of Prophetic Cards?
Hello there, As always, and sincerely so, I hope you and yours are doing well as February begins to close and indeed, we may begin to snatch and see the first blinks of colours and the first stirs of Spring to come. With a fresh birdsong and some spruces of colour about wild gardens, it's been my brisk pleasure of late. And indeed, all the more so given a very, very trying and tiring month on my side of things. Unseasonably so, though we can't always predict or parlay our trials when they decide to avails themselves of us. And how... Things a little calmer, quieter and improved now, I hope that the month and the season ahead is to your liking. Apropos, in keeping with the tone I started with in the first days on the month, I would like to share with you another fine little glint of magic, which I think will hold a little for some here - indeed, if the future could be predicted to our benefit, and to raise a smile along the way, if there was such a thing, as could be. Still, as
Fickle Cards in February
Hello there, As we stroll into February - albeit, perhaps not as unworried and given to distant thoughts, as I know that some may be - it's still my hope that you are having a good month, and that 2024 is shaping up to be a promising year for you, as can be. Indeed, given the challenges and travails of the last, 2024 has potential for all of us, I would like to think. Now, with this in mind, and a busy month on the horizon, I would like to proffer - as I am sometimes want to do - some magical fun with a fine and remarkable card trick, with some transposing curiosity. Indeed, please do enjoy "That's Not Possible" as performed below. Thanks again, MP.
Happy New Year 2024!
Hello there, Friends, watchers, companions and acquaintances, given we are some hours from the new year of 2024 to come, I would like to wish you, one and all wherever you may be this hour, a very, very happy new year! Indeed, my hopes that this may bring some promise, fulfilled potential and new, better horizons for you all, given the travails of the year past. Truly, a time of challenges, difficulties and sometimes arduous depredations for many, let's do hope that the year to come surpasses these and that what comes realizes much of the promise so many can bring, if not overly hindered, distracted or otherwise manhandled by circumstance, so to speak. In turn, we deliver 2023 into the hands of posterity, raise a toast to what has been done and what could be, and welcome 2024 with hopefully a smile and open arms. Happy New Year to you all in 2024, and my thanks again! MP.
Merry Christmas 2023 - The Magi come to call
We three kings of orient are, bearing gifts we traverse afar! Hello there, In the first, I would like to wish you and yours, my friends, watchers and community a very merry Christmas and a very merry day indeed. As said before, in a year that has proven challenging, difficult and full of travails, I would hope that this day is a good, memorable one and that holds the best for you and your loved ones too, as it should! Keeping in the spirit of the day, I would like to proffer a little something for your curiosity - indeed, maybe a little piquancy after a sip of something and a bite of chocolate or pie to pique your taste for the deep, remarkable and often mysterious origins of these traditions we now hold dear, across the world. In this, I would like to evoke the compelling, albeit mysterious figures of the three wise men - indeed, in some cases four - who came from afar to attend the newly born Christ, and bearing gifts of gold, frankincense, myrrh and, as said, in the fourth
