Hello there,

In these closing hours of 2012, I sincerely hope that you and your's are well at the end of what has been, in basic consensus, a interesting year; especially so for myself. Still, before going on to discuss these issues, I hope that you all have a very happy and promising new year's celebration when the bells toll tonight on the 31st.

As many will agree, along with myself, the latter months of 2012 have been very much removed from what I wished, and in more ways than one. This year, and the latter half of it, have been taxing and distracting - things that have become a little too familiar on my side and sometimes not always for the better - in the pursuit of certain goals; both here and elsewhere in life. It has not been for want of things to consider, and I can attest that I have been cultivating many ideas and projects which were intended for wider release this year, but which have been frustrated by the bumpy road trod. As the year ends, I would like to break the stillness of the past few months with some news and personal thanks for the community here.

First, my series "Crimson Beyond Glass" - the (mis)adventures of a certain Dr. Henia L. Jekyll and a certain mysterious, formula born alter-ego in Ms. Sienna Hyde - celebrated its fourth anniversary; admittedly a frustrated and very mute occasion for me, but a landmark upon which I would like to thank all those who continue to be intrigued by "Crimson Beyond Glass" and the wider world beyond. To you, I remain very grateful and will always be.

More so, on the note of frustrated but still very active projects, I would like to give a brief preview of a few things to come in the immediate future.

Ending, hopefully, the hiatus of the series "Crimson Beyond Glass" and its current tale in "Umbra Mihi", this new twist in the world of the doctor and her alter-ego will conclude with its third and fourth parts; the mysteries that confront and haunt Henia Jekyll winding in strange directions with perhaps remarkable realizations.

After its debut and remarkable reception, I am happy to say that the tale of a obscure curse, reserved brunette and her big, blonde alter-ego will return. Continuing the odd adventures of "The Nymph's Curse", a new exploit will be seen in a solitary work called "Third Moon Vexed."

The well received fandom work in "Tales of the She-Mask" will also return with new, and continuing, yarns of the Loki relic and those who discover a new, greener side to themselves when meeting with its power. Also, and perhaps even more so, my new direction in the world of "The Mask" will continue with a new tale of Cara Vernon and Vivia the Jade in a three part work of "The Harlequin Index" called "Triptych of Wry".

We will find a new work, also an extension of a certain well known fandom, called "The Chrysanthemum Equation" which will explore identity in perhaps odd, unexpected ways for familiar and not so eyes.

There are also a number of other projects which, come time, will know good expression in concert with other things necessary too.

Concluding my remarks, I would also like to extend a very warm and grateful thanks to two members of the community who, despite my sometimes circumstances, have shown great patience and consideration in some specific matters. The talents and imagination of :icongeviene81: , with whom I have worked for a common, "special project", and the patience, consideration and permissions of :iconhawaiianshirt: . Both I thank deeply today for their qualities in allowing sometimes difficult things to come to quiet fruition, and they have my best wishes for the year ahead, as do so many others as well.

Finally, I would like to give a warm thanks to all my watchers, old and new, friends, supporters, interested parties and community members who have pushed my page past 118,000 views. I am very grateful and hope that your continuing interest is well met in the year to come.

Please, have a happy new year 2013 and see you soon,
